DAY 13 - It's the Weekend, Keep it Healthy! Tonight I am going to a birthday dinner (not mine-) at RN74 but I looked at the menu already and plan on sharing the roasted beet salad with dressing on the side and the slow cooked salmon, lite on the sodium.
